A trust exercise, or trust fall, is a team-building exercise in which a person deliberately allows themselves to fall, trusting a person or members of a group (spotters), to catch them. Exhibition: Winter Life 2019
The Winter Life Group Exhibition, hosted by The Studio Art Gallery, is definitely becoming one of my favourite art events of the year! This annual exhibition is also The Studio Art Gallery’s nationwide search for new talent. The competition and standard of work is exceptional, as well as an excellent mix of mediums.
