Exhibition: Winter Life 2018

It is always so exciting and a huge honour to me to be included in exhibitions far and wide. However, it is those closest to home that are closest to my heart.

Yesterday was the opening of the "Winter Life 2018" exhibition which is an annual event hosted by The Studio Art Gallery. The exhibition was opened and is currently showing at St Peters Church in Fish Hoek, but on Monday 13 August it will move to the stunning new premises for The Studio Art Gallery that recently opened at the new Harbour Bay in Simonstown. The exhibition will then be on show until *30 September 2018 and is open seven days a week from 9am to 6pm.

I am very honoured to have the following four of my works shown above included...

Top left: "Gathering of the Army"

Top right: "Emotional Rush"

Bottom left: "Emotional Turmoil"

Bottom right: "Take Flight"

The quality and variety of artwork included in the exhibition was exceptional! Much of which was local talent from in and around our community. A fun and very well attended event that was excellently hosted and beautifully curated. I cannot wait to visit it again once it has moved to the gallery. So if you are in the area, pop in for a visit!

*Edit: The Winter Life 2018 exhibition has been extended to 15 November 2018.

A little cellphone snap I took while at the opening event.

I love sneakily watching people's responses to my work :)
